Agile delivery

Agile autonomy

Agile is often promised, but it takes experienced agile practitioners to embed the change.

Our mantra with clients we take on the agile journey is…embrace change and adjust quickly; create fast feedback loops to encourage fast learning; maintain constant collaboration with deep listening; and apply a human approach to complex environments.

What they say goodbye to is siloed working, process for process sake, and old-style big bang delivery. They discover bespoke agile for their organisation. Because we do not have a rigid agile methodology we simply copy and paste.

Instead we bring is a set of tools and wide-ranging experiences we’ve learned from, that help organisations to dopt agile both in teams and at scale. Plus, our skill at coaching and establishing trust with teams, and bringing the application of agile to life.

Our hybrid approach to embedding agile in organisations involves leadership and team development, as well as enabling agile across digital, non-digital and regulated environments. Organisations develop the capabilities to apply agile in any situation.

Throughout we build ownership and autonomy amongst teams, and simplify governance, to guarantee organisations can continue to apply agile effectively after our exit.

Team Level Agile

Transforming teams to embrace experimentation and embed ways of working that are right for them and their customers. We use client specific tailor-made frameworks and techniques throughout our delivery.

Enterprise Agile

We use a hybrid approach of Top Down / Bottom Up to influence and inform agile ways of working across the enterprise. We coach both teams and leaders across the business to embrace agile and support this by optimising your operating model and applying governance.

Agile Mindset

Cultivating the Agile Mindset within an organisation enables people to not just Do Agile but Be Agile by embracing the Agile journey and change it brings.

Scrum Delivery

We break down the Scrum Framework to apply a team focused fit-for-purpose methodology. We build a deep understanding of team needs to develop a Scrum Roadmap that suits current ways of working avoiding a one size fits all approach.
