  • The digitisation of several Back Office processes, including use of RPA, in-line with the goal: “To enhance our digital footprint, decrease processing times, and reduce costs.
  • Processes included, Data Management, Invoicing, Staff Expenses, and shared service environments over a 2 year programme
  • Efficiencies were to be found over a 2-year programme

Our approach:

  1. Engage with the client-side team and selected technology partners to establish charters and ways-of-working together
  2. Agreed with Operation leads and Finance leads the likely target processes based on a customer-criticality and cost perspective
  3. Conducted process assessments that established both business process change opportunities and suitability to deploy off-the-shelf technology partner solutions
  4. Supported the client-side team with business case development for the high-impact opportunities and steered the cases through governance
  5. Provided Project Managers and PMO resource to take signed-off projects from inception to implementation
  6. Supported Finance leads with Benefits Realisation activities

How we delivered these results:

The key to success on this project was to ensure all parties were aligned and coordinated in their delivery approach. This was done by engaging Commercial early on to ensure procurement requirements and contractual terms were aligned in the best interests of the Client, and thereafter by setting up clear Governance frameworks to control projects through to completion.
