Chaucer worked with the client to design three training modules to support the programme:

  • What it meant to be a leader
  • How to bring out the best in people
  • Ways of sustaining business results through continuous improvement

Our approach:

  • The programme was made of 3 (5 day) modules to be taken in sequence by consistent cadres of group leaders.
  • The first was designed to define what it meant to be a leader through real life case studies as well as psychometric tests and role play with actors.
  • The second module was designed to define and practice how to bring the best out of people. The third module was to assess and develop ways of sustaining business results through continuous improvement.
