The Solution

Chaucer worked closely with leadership teams to develop and deploy a strong workplace transformation strategy & program. We looked at: Culture, Change & Engagement, executive mindset coaching, transformation road mapping, developing training materials and aligning stakeholder vision to governance of day-to-day Agile processes.

We understood the need for leadership teams to be driving the change as teams tend to learn by example. We ensured this cooperation and collaboration by bringing their two-year vision to life in Agile practices.

We ensured that the workplace transformation project was not siloed to one department, we ensured that Procurement & Finance organisations were brought along on the journey through Vision development, Road mapping and Storytelling.

We clearly demonstrated that Agile processes can work together with traditional Waterfall planning and Investment management processes.
