Adopt An Agile Mindset Now: Live Session

What We’ll Discuss

The environment we find ourselves in today has made many people realise that people can adapt to new ways of working quickly and as a result effect change faster and more efficiently than ever before. For those who haven’t yet, or are just starting, the Agile journey is now top of the list of priorities to start changing as they plan the return to a post Covid-19 world.

Agile is not only an IT priority, it is the whole business which needs to shift their mindset to one that is agile, equipping them with the right understanding and skills to be enable agile ways of working.

Adopting an agile mindset is all about embracing the uncertainty and being open to continuous improvement to maximize the value provided to the customer or client. Decision making becomes easier when short-term work planning is done, and feedback is gathered frequently, adapting to the changing situations.

Values that drive an agile mindset include:

• Valuing individuals and interactions over processes and tools.

• Valuing working software over comprehensive documentation.

• Valuing Customer Collaboration over Contract negotiation.

• Responding to a change, over following a plan.

We currently exist in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) world and it’s easy to see why organisations and individuals are wanting to embrace an agile mindset.

Join our Introduction to Agile Live session where we will discuss the benefits of agile, what it takes to adopt an agile mindset and provide examples from numerous agile projects adopted by our clients.
