The Art Of Change Leadership
The COVID crisis continues to test organisations in unpredictable and unprecedented ways. It’s a universal public health disaster accompanied by an unfolding economic catastrophe, both of which are leaving a mess of secondary and tertiary challenges in their wake. From a sudden, improvised shift to remote working, to entirely new operating realities, organisations and the people who lead them are having to undergo enormous change, amidst a high degree of uncertainty.
The COVID crisis has thrust us into a change saturated environment.
It’s an environment where everyone managing change is experiencing it themselves and turning to their leaders for change leadership.
It’s also an environment where good leadership is harder than ever.
It’s an environment where true leadership has never been more important.
So, how do you lead at a time like this?
While what a ‘good leader’ looks like may change with time and context, certain leadership principles have always held true, and always will. If we can isolate these ‘constants’ by reflecting on our own experiences of change, and of good and bad leadership, then we are in the best possible position to become the leaders this moment demands.
Join this Chaucer Live Session where we will explore the principles of good and bad leadership, and look at how you can meet the moment by influencing others with skill, showing up authentically, and gaining wisdom, at every turn.
