We are all individuals, hierarchy is minimal, and everyone participates.

Our process has been designed not just to test, but to engage. Candidates who reach final stages will have had contact with at least 5 people during the process, and are encouraged to interview us as much as we are interviewing them.
Our interview and hiring process can take 3 days or multiple months.
This process allows us to recruit a bit differently.
Instead of assessing based on a perfect fit to a specific need, we engage people who are a good fit, and then see exactly where they would fit into the structure through the interviews and case study.
A person is then offered at a particular level and with a specific salary in the same way that our consultants are promoted and offered salary increases – based on merit and benchmarked against their peers.
