Helping our clients negotiate significant shifts in global markets over the last three decades, combined with the adoption of new digital technologies, has demonstrated that those organisations designed to flex and change are best placed to retain their competitive edge, reputation and position.
Chaucer was co-founded in 1987 by Bob, Jenny and Chris Laslett. Since then, it has remained very much, a ‘modern family business’ - growing to become one of the largest, independent, digital transformation consultancies in the UK and US.
Our mission is to deliver sustainable change for our clients and ultimately helping to improve lives through digital transformation. We believe that those organisations designed for change are the organisations that are best equipped to thrive in the future.
In our first decade we established ourselves in hands-on, project management of large-scale capital projects, helping the world’s largest oil and gas, nuclear, and construction companies.
Today, our ambition is to help our clients transform - to deliver operational resilience and sustainable market competitiveness. By embedding a growth mindset, underpinned by human-centric change, we take a holistic approach to the application of digital technologies, business models and organisational culture.
And, whilst technology is an important aspect of digital transformation, the real measure of success is delivering improved ways of working, enhanced capabilities, and an agile, resilient culture – these are the digital foundations that organisations need to lay today.
